If approved as a Baby Tula collaborator/enthusiast:
- You'll be added to our email list
- For ads, only use the Refersion images provided (if you need a different size, just let us know)
- There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own affiliate link

This Baby Tula Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between New Baby Tula LLC, a California corporation ("Baby Tula") and any individual or legal entity applying for status as an Baby Tula Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement ("You"), and sets forth the terms and conditions under which Baby Tula makes the Baby Tula Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") available to you. By becoming an Baby Tula Affiliate and using the Affiliate Program you expressly agree to be bound by and follow all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to participate in the Affiliate Program.

Baby Tula reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the Baby Tula Web Site (babytula.com) or such other internet domain as may be designated by Baby Tula. In the event of substantive changes to the terms of this Agreement, you may be notified by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following posting of a change notice or new agreement on the Baby Tula Web Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
